1. Definitions

• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from the User's bank account or payment method into their meg388 Account balance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Account Registration

• Date of birth

• Residential address in Indonesia
• Secure password of your choosing

You agree to provide only truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

3.3 Account Limitations

• Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the meg388 Platform. Creation of multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited.
• If we detect or suspect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and winnings, and confiscate any balances held in those accounts.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access or use your Account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

meg388 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming practices. Before processing withdrawals, we require Users to verify their identity by submitting the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP Nasional / Indonesian National Identity Card)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP beside your face
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or screenshot showing account holder name and account number)

Verification requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of registration may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or investigate suspicious activity.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Immediately notify meg388 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly for major Indonesian banks. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and reversal of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in your name matching your verified identity documents
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000

• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and Account termination.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after placement except in cases of obvious error acknowledged by meg388.
• meg388 reserves the right to void bets, refuse bets, or limit stake amounts on any market at our sole discretion.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or game outcomes, meg388 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the errors.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded may be voided.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per day, varying by sport and market type.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on meg388 includes football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, E-sports, and other sporting events. Specific rules apply to each sport category:

• Football bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated in the market description.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) and over/under bets follow standard Asian betting rules. Quarter and half-goal handicaps result in split settlements.
• Parlay / accumulator bets (mix parlay) require all selections to win. If any selection loses, the entire parlay is lost. If a selection is void due to postponement or cancellation, that leg is removed and odds are recalculated.
• Live in-play betting odds change rapidly. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement, subject to acceptance by our system.

7.3 Casino Games

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, meg388 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or downtime of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Errors, bugs, or defects in software or games provided by third-party game providers
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain Account security
• Losses incurred from gambling activities or betting decisions
• Actions taken by payment processors, banks, or financial institutions that delay or prevent deposits or withdrawals
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, or Internet outages

Your use of the meg388 Platform is at your own risk. The Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. meg388's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

meg388 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• We suspect you are engaged in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• You are found to have multiple accounts
• You engage in bonus abuse or prohibited betting activities
• Your Account is used by someone other than yourself
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities

Upon Account termination, any remaining Account balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to meg388. However, if the termination results from fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account after processing of pending bets and verification of withdrawal eligibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and intellectual property displayed on the meg388 Platform are owned by or licensed to meg388. This includes but is not limited to the meg388 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, and promotional materials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software
• Use the meg388 trademark, logo, or brand name without written authorization
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website
• Extract data from the Platform using automated tools or scraping techniques

11. Dispute Resolution

The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms.
